Thank you for your interest in Bold Motorbikes products and services. This Limited Warranty applies to physical products and only to physical products purchased from Bold Motorbikes ("Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Bold Motorbikes will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or part that proves to be defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This Limited Warranty is transferable.
What will we do to fix the problems?
Bold Motorbikes will repair the Product free of charge using new or refurbished spare parts.
How long does coverage take?
The Warranty Period for Physical Products purchased from Bold Motorbikes is 1 year from the date of purchase. Replaced Physical Good or part assumes remaining warranty of original Physical Good or 1 Year from date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems caused by: Conditions, malfunctions or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance or modification - Damage by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood or other natural disasters damaged or destroyed - theft or loss of Physical Goods Bold Motorcycles will cover shipping costs. Bold Motorbikes assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Product in transit to us.

In order to receive warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most suitable solution for you. Deliver the Physical Goods to the address specified by Bold Motorbikes in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation shipped with the Physical Goods.
