Return Policy
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

The goods are in their original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deteriorate rapidly or expire.

Supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and whose seal has been opened after delivery.

Only regular priced Products can be returned. Unfortunately, Goods on Sale cannot be returned. This exclusion may not apply to You unless permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. That's why we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts
If items were marked as gifts upon purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After the returned product reaches us, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as gifts when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the Order to give to you at a later time, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
